Biotiful Dairy creates award-winning kefir products, cultivated by founder Natasha Bowes’ passion to introduce kefir to the UK. Despite the public’s increasing interest in gut health and related immunity benefits, kefir remained under the radar. Biotiful wanted to take a proactive approach to corner the kefir market and capture valuable impulse sales as grocery shopping continues to move online.
Our trained sensory panelists unpacked the product experience. Sensory articulate consumers translated product attributes into functional and emotional benefits.
These benefits informed the brief for our video production agency, Ideal Insight, to create a sensory-charged video. The aim of this video was to build understanding and trigger desire for Biotiful Dairy in an online shopping environment.
Within weeks, we delivered a suite of video edits for Biotiful’s social media and e-commerce channels. A simulated online supermarket test demonstrated the potential to boost online brand share by 7% while making the brand more distinctive and memorable. This gave Biotiful the confidence to lead with the video on its main website, as well as supporting sales on Amazon.
