Creating a new innovation platform: J2O Spritz

Britvic, one of the world’s most successful players in soft drinks, wanted to reinvigorate the J20 brand with a new platform, to ensure the brand continued to meet emerging consumer needs – exactly.


We embraced the task in hand, deploying our unique EROS (Early Rules of Success) approach. This had the immediate effect of creating a ‘one team’ mentality across different client functions, as well as providing the energy and momentum that the project required

EROS was able to fully inform the initial technical brief, identify the most compelling positioning route and detail the sensory attributes require to amplify this across pack and product.


J20 Spritz was born. Launched in 2015, it delivered over £2m in sales in the first 24 weeks and continues to raise its prominence in the J20 portfolio today.
