
Make-Up's Malaise: reversing the COVID-19 sales decline

COVID-19 is having a huge impact on the way research agencies design and deliver research to their clients. Our colleagues and business units in the APAC region have been working through these challenges for almost three months already, so in this document we share some of our learnings with you.
While it’s been an uncertain and concerning time for all, we’re finally beginning to see a glimmer of normality returning to our Shanghai and Singapore hubs - giving a renewed sense of hope and energy. We wanted to share with you a few of the things that we have learned during this tricky time, and to reassure you that although things are going to be a little different for a while, we’ve got the means and the motivation to push on and still offer you the highest quality, uncompromised research that we always do.
