Gregory attained his Masters degree in Sensory Science in France, and has been doing sensory analysis for more than 7 years since then. He worked mainly for Nestle during this time but also for a service provider that specialised in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. He now works as a Sensory Manager in Singapore, dedicating his role at MMR to one client, P&G.

Outside of work he loves travelling, but more specifically, diving! He enjoys sports as a whole and experiments with making his own bread on weekends.
