With a Masters degrees in Drama Studies and Research Psychology, Jacqui considers Market Research the ideal home for exercising the creative and analytic sides of her brain. She has been in research for 20 years, previously at Kantar South Africa where she led the Brand Strategy Domain, providing expertise in brand positioning and portfolio optimization to a diverse range of local, regional and global clients.

Her passions include data-led storytelling, workshop facilitation and understanding the interplay between a product offer and the brand promise. At MMR she heads the AME division, aiming to form strong partnerships with clients, to solve key business challenges, and overseeing the work we do for clients across Africa and the Middle East.

It’s no surprise that Jacqui is an avid theatre goer, but also loves visiting historical sites in her many travels. At last count, she has visited 36 countries across 6 of the 7 continents, with Guernsey still at the top of her bucket list. She is also a passionate foodie who loves to cook and recreate dishes from other cultures – her husband and daughters are willing guinea pigs for these experiments.
