Kim is Client Service Team Manager to one of our busy research teams and manages research projects from proposal/commissioning stage right through to debrief. A typical day might include pulling costs/proposals together for new projects, deciding on appropriate methodologies, overseeing questionnaire drafts, helping to shape debriefs and presenting a set of results to clients.
Kim must love her job – she’s been here since graduating with a degree in Business Studies from UWE 12 years ago, but when she does eventually go home for the night, she loves nothing more than yelling her support for West Ham, doing a bit of DIY & gardening but most of all - socialising (knocking back a few beverages!)
A quirky fact about Kim: She will only eat the
yolks of boiled eggs - but this works well for her family, as her step-son is the opposite and hoovers up her left over whites!
