Mark has been with MMR Research for more years than he cares to remember. Instrumental in the development of MMR's online division, he pioneered online qualitative research within the group and more recently headed up  innovation in new tools and techniques for the UK team.

These days he looks after the research team in Shanghai, devising methodologies and recommending approaches to resolve the complex challenges faced by brands in Asia.

He's busy working towards his goal of  sampling each and every one of the many restaurants, diners and eateries of Shanghai.
