Mat's been in research for over 16 years - ten at MMR where he was instrumental in the development of our online operation in the early days before assuming control of the UK business. He's responsible for setting strategic direction, monitoring initiatives, driving innovation and  business development.

Though busy guiding globalization and consistency across all offices worldwide, he inexplicably still finds time to get involved in people's day-to-day tasks and offer constructive advice.

In his rare moments of free time, he's usually checking emails on his phone or suffering through an Aston Villa match. That's unless he's being bossed around by his daughters and bank-rolling their demands for toys, and increasingly shoes, clothes and makeup.
