Mellissa studied qualitative research methodologies and techniques, and was particularly interested in consumer psychographic profiling (which lends itself perfectly to her role as Qualitative Research Manager here at MMR!)

Having a passion for people and a curious mind, Mellissa loves delving into the nitty gritty of what makes people tick and why they behave in certain ways. This led her to pursue a career specializing in qualitative market research for over 10 years uncovering consumer behaviors.

When not at work Mellissa can be found spending time with her children, cooking or shopping. Her Sunday afternoons are mainly spent lounging on the couch, catching up on some of her favorite TV shows or reading a book. She also enjoys the outdoors and has recently moved to the coast where she will undoubtedly be found taking regular strolls on the beach.
