Sam gained a Masters in Food Science from Rutgers University with a focus on nanotechnology applications along with an Honors B.S. in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University with a focus on sensory research.... aaaand breathe.
Sam manages our expert sensory panels in the US - coordinating recruitment, training, and running projects simultaneously. Previous to joining us, he'd gained a years' experience in panel management at Nestle and has also worked in R&D with flavors, coffees, teas, creamers, beverages and more!
He's big in to home-brewing and discovering unique beers, as well as learning to cook different cuisine styles. He also plays a variety of video games, and binge watches all the latest Netflix shows!Back to meet your MMR team
