He specializes in consumer segmentation and product optimization by combining consumer preferences with expert sensory panel data, and really enjoys working with clients to understand the patterns that emerge.

As if this weren't challenging enough, he can often be found clinging to the nearest mountain by his fingernails - although more traditional pastimes include theatre visits and a bit of music.
