Thibault has a Master’s degree in Sensory and Innovation from the University of Tours in France and his career path grew from here. He has experience from working client-side at Cereal Partners Worldwide (Nestle & General Mills), but also from the agency side with previous positions at Leatherhead Food Research and Campden BRI. Thibault now works at MMR Research as an Associate Director in Sensory Qual and is based in our Oxford office.

Outside working hours he is either riding his bike(s), cleaning them or admiring them! He can also often be found on his veggie patch cultivating his tomatoes, beans or Swiss chard.
