Yuzhen joined MMR just after graduating from Wageningen University with a degree in food science. During this time he also spent six months as an intern at Danone Nutricia in Utrecht.

Outside of work Yuzhen enjoys watching movies, playing soccer games and travelling. As a lover of food he's tried all sorts of different meals and ingredients; the strangest food he's ever eaten was chocolate that tasted like rotten eggs in her molecular gastronomy class.

He has always wanted to be a successful manager, so he's certainly in the right place to achieve those dreams!
