Yuzhen joined MMR just after graduating from Wageningen University with a degree in food science. During this time she also spent six months as an intern at Danone Nutricia in Utrecht.

Outside of work Yuzhen enjoys watching movies, playing soccer games and travelling. As a lover of food she's tried all sorts of different meals and ingredients; the strangest food she's ever eaten was chocolate that tasted like rotten eggs in her molecular gastronomy class.

She has always wanted to be a successful manager, so she's certainly in the right place to achieve those dreams!
