Laura has been in research for over 5 years now, since her interested was first sparked during her Psychology degree. She was trained from being a graduate through to becoming a Research Manager at Kokoro Global before going to YouthSight as a Senior Research Manager, and now joining MMR as a Research Manager. Laura is trained in both qual and quant methodologies and the majority of her background is in retail research and understanding what makes consumers tick. Kokoro really focused on understanding the emotions behind decisions so she often takes that lens in her work.

In her free time, Laura spends her time going to gym classes, especially Reformer Pilates but the COVID-19 outbreak forced her to get creative with her exercise - as a result, she can now successfully run 5k without dying! She also enjoys the classic Netflix binging, and lots of baking.
